Question:
When you try a new hoop trick and you start to wobble… what do you naturally do?

Option 1: AVOID! “Move on!” You switch to an easier move so you feel more successful, thinking the wobbly trick is probably too hard for you right now. No need to force it if you cannot do it anyway.

Option 2: WOBBLE MORE! — "Exciting” You see the wobble as useful information — a sign your balance skills can grow- room for improvement — so you keep practising that same trick because it revealed a skill you’re excited to improve.
