Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing core HR functions including employee retention, engagement, training, performance appraisal, grievance handling, and exit formalities. Contribute to policy development and ensure smooth implementation of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive employee retention initiatives and engagement activities.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
Handle training & development programs.
Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal process.
Assist in drafting and updating the HR manual and policies.
Address employee issues through effective grievance handling.
Execute overall HR generalist activities to support business goals.
