Remeber this day for what it is FOR! We get so wrapped up in getting from those around us. We forget the whole point is because we got life from our father remember the true gift give to others love others, forgive others as Jesus forgive us.

From a Christian studying Nutrition— Short answer- of course He does, here’s why:

After accepting Christ as your savior, He then calls your body His temple
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the
Holy Spirit... you are not your own.”
1 Corinthians 6:19-20

You are also called to be blameless in body, soul, and spirit
“May your whole spirit, soul, and body be kept blameless.”
1 Thessalonians 5:23

He also tells you to offer your body as worship u to Him
“Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice... this is your
true and proper worship.”
Romans 12:1

Of course, He created your body
“And God saw all that He had made, and it was very
good.”
Genesis 1:31

There’s a lie, of course going around saying you should only care for your spirit because your body dies-but the Bible doesn’t teach us that; you care for your mind, body and spirit.
