The Odisha government has launched a dedicated website (odiapakhya.com/), to facilitate and promote the celebration of Odia Pakhya, which is being observed across the state from 1st to 14th April.

For the first time, Odia Pakhya is being celebrated over a two-week period to honor the rich cultural heritage, language, and traditions of Odisha. The newly launched website provides comprehensive information about the initiative and the various events planned by the State Government.

Beyond being just a celebration, Odia Pakhya is envisioned as a movement to rekindle interest and pride in Odisha’s linguistic and cultural heritage. Through this initiative, the state government aims to inspire citizens to actively contribute to the promotion of Odia language, literature, and traditions, ensuring a deeper connection with Odisha’s unique cultural landscape.
