In my videos I've been pronouncing it PRE as you would when saying GRAND PRIX. Based of this poster and Rockstar's newswire I'm going to assume it is meant to be pronounced as PRICKS. For those not in Australia or the UK prick is a word used to describe a self entitled, self important asshole. Often used in the context of calling such a person a selfish prick for example.

The Ghost Exposed locations for 2025 on gtaweb.eu . It looked like Rockstar are trying to make it harder to collect them all in one in-game night this year with the following hour's ghost spawn being a long way away from the previous hour's spawn. If you saw my Gerald’s Last Play video you'll how much I hated those missions. Something I forgot while doing those missions was that the Coquette D5 is 100% bulletproof. I ended doing these missions again, using the D5 and managed to complete all tier 4 career progress completely solo.
