However, I'll be starting up my PoV live at 9 AM PT to start playing ahead of time so there's very little downtime for the main stream! I'm back from vacation!

I've already jumped into recording a video on 11 different decks that have caught my eye in Pioneer - I wrote the script on the plane ride(s) & recorded it all last night!

Unfortunately, I still have my full time job and now jet lag to account for 😅 So I wasn't able to edit everything last night. With Pioneer casting over at ‪@SVCardArt‬ this evening, I might not have the video out until Wednesday the earliest!

In other news, I'll be participating in the next MTGO Creator Showdown which is Pioneer!! I'm super stoked to not only sling spells against fellow Creators, but also to play my favorite format! I go over a bit more in the video I'm on putting together right now, but I'll be streaming my perspective over on my Twitch channel during the games starting 9 AM PT on Saturday, April 12th! I'll try to work out multi streaming before we get there, but I'll 100% be live on Twitch!

I still need to pick a deck before the April 10th submission deadline, so I'm hoping to find something while Casting tonight (www.twitch.tv/SVCardArt at 6:15 PM PT) or by playing a couple of Leagues I can hopefully record this week!

I'll also be going to PT Final Fantasy at the end of June and am cooking up something to bring along with me to the Event - stay tuned!

Hey everyone!

Just a heads up that I'll be away for about 2 weeks on a trip - but I've got lots of gameplay content scheduled for you! I've got alternating Standard & Pioneer Paper Matches that will be uploaded every few days during the week - which should last until the end of the month!

We'll be going on our (very, very delayed) honeymoon, so I won't be around much to answer comments until we're back! Enjoy the Paper gameplay & I'll be back to MTGO Roundups & Deck Techs at the start of April!

Did a little Chaos Drafting for a friend's birthday! We decided that we wanted to do some sort of theme, and getting our hands on some product without breaking the bank was something to keep in mind - so we did some recent "Vehicles/Artifacts Matter" sets!

Aetherdrift (Draft Boosters) - Brother's War (Set Boosters) - Kamigawa Neon Dynasty (Set Boosters) was what we ended up with!

It was very interesting to see how the packs played out with so many bonus slots, curated Set Boosters, etc. But I think I ended up with a pretty busted, thematic deck! We heard "I'll ninjitsu out my Transformer" more than once this Draft! 😅

Pack 1, pick 1 Haunt the Network into being passed a Riverchurn Monument was honestly all I needed this Draft 🤣 But I got a SECOND Haunt the Network mid-Pack 1, opened a Millstone in Brother's War, and then got a mid-Pack 2 Prototype in order to round out the big threats. Kotose & Mirror-Shell Crab were bonuses!

I ended up going 3-0 in our Pod! Big fan of Chaos Drafts.

CardArt live Streams will be back this week and broadcast every Tuesday & Thursday! We'll be following Pioneer & whatever the RCQ Season's format currently is - so Standard for now!

33:29 deck tech on a special Golgari list in Standard has just had the video & audio recorded!

Gotta make it look nice & add in all the card effects so it can be in your hands by Tuesday I hope!

RC Prague is also going on this weekend, which will warrant an Event recap. Since it's a lot more time-sensitive, I might swap my focus on Monday to writing/analyzing/recording that Event to have it out ASAP and delay the deck tech. But we'll see!

My current schedule has me only really available to do editing on Monday & Tuesday - with the CardArt Stream coming back this week that leaves mostly Monday since I work Monday - Friday. Going to try and get as much done on the deck tech as I can today & tomorrow, which will allow me to do the analysis on the Event Sunday evening/Monday during my lunch break (please please please name your decks correctly...)
