our fav banana bread recipe
3 ripe bananas
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 handful choc. chips (optional)
(350°F for an hour in 4x8" loaf pan)
