I'm Sher Singh, a student of Indian Classical Music and the disciple of Legendary Indian Classical Vocalist from the Agra Gharana- Ustad Wasim Ahmad Khan Sahib.

I've been studying, learning, practicing and exploring Indian Classical Music on the Dilruba and Taus since the past decade under the loving and impeccable guidance of various exceptionally gifted maestros of Bhartiya Shastriya Sangeet and have been blessed to have performed across various platforms, displaying my prowess.

Happy to announce that I have been initiated into the Agra Gharana of music by its illustrious 17th generation maestro- Ustad Waseem Ahmad Khan Ji. In the 600+ years of history of this great and prestigious Gharana of Shastriya Sangeet, I have become its very first instrumentalist shagird. (Agra Gharana Genealogy is also included in this post!)

With the blessings of Guru Maharaj Ji and my revered Ustad ji, I will strive to make a significant impact in instrumental solo performances and Gurbani Kirtan/ Gurmat Sangeet whilst using the Dilruba and Taus.
