A little photo dump + recap from April ⭐️

It’s been so beautiful and so emotional. My journey on taking distance from my phone + social media taught me that I was actually bad at emotional regulation. A lot of days I feel like I am losing it and finding myself at the same time. I am having the worst FOMO of my life while also being incredibly glad to have my solitude. (Make it make sense?)

On another note I have been more present and aware outside, I have gone on little adventures, meeting friends, exercising, reading, reading and reading, I went on a picknick! And also developed an interest in botanical hence why I started collecting & drying plants today.

Unfortunately majority of my days don’t look so good, a lot of times they are dull, full of self reflection, realisation that the last 3 years I spent a lot of time hiding behind a persona of how I wished to be perceived, meeting people in person gave me anxiety because what if the curtain falls. I had always had an hyper fixation on self discovery but what if I’m no longer sure where to look or what to learn. Not to be dramatic because people have lived without phones since man kind has existed but getting rid of that big distraction & coping mechanism has caused me to get to know myself again from scratch and it’s awesome and so terrifying at the same time.

All I know is that I love making videos on YouTube and filming my life without “performing” I’ve had +15 YouTube channels since age 9 and I know that this is truly one thing where I can say I am true to myself.
