Who are we? We’re a couple who love spending time around the table with board games—but we approach the hobby from 2 different perspectives.

Ian is the mid-complexity casual gamer who enjoys midweight games with just enough rules & decisions to feel satisfying, but not so much complexity that it feels like work. I’m also a solo gamer, so I like exploring how games hold up when you don’t have a full table.

Stacey is the non-gamer gamer. She enjoys light to low-midweight games that are easy to set up, easy to learn, and fun to play without needing to dive into a big rulebook. She’s here for the fun, the interaction, and the experience—not the brain burn.

Together, we play everything from cozy midweights to lighthearted party games (yes, even at just 2 players!). Our channel is dedicated to presenting both sides of the table: the perspective of the hobby gamer and the approachable, casual gamer.
