Stir Fry Udon
INGREDIENTS :
200 grms Udon noodles (cook accdng to package instructions)
Marinated lean pork or any meat you prefer
Vegetables (any of your choice)
2 cloves of garlic(minced)
2 shallots (chopped)
2 stalks Spring onion (cut into segment)
SEASONINGS :
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp water
Pinch of sugar
Garlic salt (optional)
๐You may adjust the measurement of the seasonings.
๐ seasoned your food according to your taste. ๐
PROCEDURE :
1. Marinate pork or any meat you want in soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar.
2. Prepare vegetables.
3. Prepare the seasonings, just combined all.
4. See packaging of udon for instructions.
5. In a preheated pan and oil sautรฉ pork till brown, add onion, garlic stir for 1 minute. Then add vegetables cook for 2 mins.
6. Add udon noodles cook for another minute.
7. Add seasonings, stir until well combined. Cook for 2 mins, then add spring onion stir for another minute.
8. Turn off heat and serve!
