A dishonest bunch had to go all the way to France. So the question remains, “what’s the relationship between Nigeria's revenue agency & France?” No one gets out of bed for nothing!

1. So what does France stand to gain?
2. From where do we start to plot the graph?
3. What’s the nexus btw the FIRS & France?

PricewatehouseCoopers, KPMG, Deloitte, & Ernst & Young (EY); so none of them have the infrastructure to handle the so-called taxes?

IS THAT YOUR FINAL ANSWER?

With the whole secrecy surrounding the MoU, the “dishonest bunch” already told you there will be no transparency in the collection & the utilization of your taxes; & I will tell you why.

The document contradicts itself!

According to the MOU, France will “provide technical assistance” but will not “provide technical services.” What’s the difference?

The FIRS claimed that France does not have access to your data, but they said they will share knowledge. So how will France gain the insight that could enable it give the FIRS quality “advice” without access to “sensitive” data?

The FIRS put out this contradictory statement at 9:43 PM (WAT) on a Saturday. Let's see how long before they realize how damaging it is, & delete it. You can see the red flags yourself.

There are two plausible reasons for the contradictions, & neither is palatable:

1. FIRS don’t fully grasp the implications of this.

2. They understand the implications perfectly, they are just being economical with the truth.

However, since there is no National Assembly, the Office of the Citizens of Nigeria took it upon ourselves to hold the government accountable.

So leave plenty English &:

1. Publish the signed MoU.
2. Publish the oversights.
3. Publish the framework.
4. Publish the safeguards.

While at it, account for the monies saved from all the subsidy removals. This should be an easy task for a so-called Deloitte’s Accountant. - NEFERTITI

TINUBU'S RECKLESS AND PREMATURE PROMOTION OF HIS ADC:

RAMPAGE WITH WIDE IMPLICATIONS:

In an unusual and strange rampaging pattern, Tinubu unilaterally promoted His ADC from a colonel to Brigadier general against all laid down military procedures, against global practice, against common sense and without taking into account the inner and outer feelings of other military officers who are course mates to the ADC and whose career have been cut short and who will be compelled to give full complements with SIR to a mate.

The implications of this toxically biased promotion with a flavour of nepotism is that the newly promoted ADC is now a mate to at least two sets that are his Seniors and also 8-10 yrs Senior to his course mates. It means throwing away loyalty to institution in favor of loyalty to individual. It also conveys absence of professional safety etc

Just last year the same ADC was promoted from Lt col to Colonel without going for any training. His next promotion to Brig gen should have been in 2028.

By implication he is now a senior to all his course mates and those who passed out the year he entered NDA.

This Tinubu's action is called institutional destruction, dampening the spirit and morale of officers, creating a "permanent hate" among friends.

This biased, avoidable emotional promotion blunder will not escape the attention of Military institutions that have regional and global linkages and jealously uphold ethics and standards. The action will reduce the rating of Military offices coming from Nigeria.

If per adventure Tinubu wakes up in 2027 January and decide to promote the Same ADC to Major General and appoint him COAS ( as 2027 elections comes closer and the need to have a "RELIABLE BLOOD" to do the "JOB") it means sending over 8000 senior military officers across the Army, Navy and, Air Force into premature retirement because The ADC is either their course mate or their Junior.

For the records, this toxic promotion, unilateral as it is, is an assault on professional, to common sense and to the psychology of those who chose military as a career. A STICH IN TIME SAVES NINE.
