On this sacred occasion of Guru Purnima, I bow with deep gratitude to all my Gurus who have illuminated my path with wisdom, compassion, and unwavering guidance. 🙏🌸
A true Guru does not simply teach they awaken. They help us discover the light, strength, and truth that already exist within us.
Today, I offer my heartfelt gratitude to all my Gurus from the various spheres of my life my teachers in YOG, Yogic Practices/Kriyas, Health Coaching, Spirituality practices, Healing, and all my Dance Gurus 🙏🏼✨. Each one has shaped my journey in unique and invaluable ways, helping me grow not only in knowledge but also as a human being and for which I feel immensely Blessed 🙏🏼
My deepest gratitude also goes to my Parents, my family, friends, my dearest students, and every soul who has touched my life with love, kindness, support, and valuable lessons. Each of you has been a Guru in your own unique way, enriching my journey beyond words.
May we always remain humble enough to learn, courageous enough to grow, and grateful enough to honor those who continue to guide us.
Wishing you and your loved ones a blessed, peaceful, and joyful Guru Purnima. 🌼🙏

The mind is restless by nature, always moving. But the breath anchors you in the present. The more you observe your breath, the more you return to stillness within. 🌿

Apana Mudra is known as the gesture of detox and elimination.
By joining the thumb (Agni Tatva), middle finger (Akaash Tatva), and ring finger (Prithvi Tatva), this mudra activates Apana Vayu the downward flowing energy centred below the navel that governs the body's natural processes of elimination and cleansing.
When practiced regularly, Apana Mudra may help:
• Support healthy digestion
• Encourage natural detoxification
• Promote healthy elimination
• Restore a sense of lightness and internal balance
In yogic understanding, when Apana Vayu flows freely, the body is better able to release what it no longer needs physically and energetically.
✨ Best time to practice:
• After meals (especially if you feel heavy or bloated)
• While sitting in Vajrasana to support digestion
• During pranayama practices focused on digestion and elimination
A simple hand gesture with the potential to bring greater balance from within.
Small practice. Powerful internal balance. 🌿

Bhairavi Parekh's YOG Shaala
Stretching beyond the body and becoming one with nature. 🌿🧘♀️
Every stretch is more than a movement—it's an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. As the body softens, the mind quietens, creating space for balance, strength, and inner awareness.
Nature reminds us that growth doesn't need to be rushed. It unfolds with patience, consistency, and presence—and so does our yoga practice.
✨ Strength meets softness. Movement meets stillness. Breath meets awareness.
Which slide resonates with you the most? Let me know in the comments. 💚
