I'm gonna yap a lot here, so bear with me :)

I've accidentally deleted Alight Motion about 4 times in my whole editing career. But in this crash, I kinda lost all motivation.

It's not just because of this, I'm kinda not enjoying editing lately. As you may know, I edit with a potato phone. I got a new laptop a while ago, but I kinda suck at editing with a laptop. And my laptop is secondhand, so it also heats up pretty quickly. That's why I'm sticking with the potato phone.

And I feel like I have pressure editing these days. No, I'm not constantly editing, but it's just that my vids these days got a lot of compliments and I'm really happy of course( I love compliments:D). But I never did well with compliments, and pressure is starting to sink in. I feel like I have to do something bigger next time around. So I force myself to edit these days.

Today I created a new project. All of my stuff is gone, so I'm kinda starting back from scratch. It was a requested edit. As I was editing, the only thing on my mind was to finish it. At the same time, I can't rush. I have to do something good. (I'm aware I'm nowhere near a really good editor's level,just wanted to say that while writing this.). So I keep editing, experiment with rarely used effects, with pressure on my mind.

So the post is really long now, but what I'm trying to say is: I'm gonna quit for a while. Maybe when I can enjoy editing again (and when I get a new device to edit peacefully without crashing out xD), I'll be back.
