One month ago, we started this beautiful new journey with a simple dream — to make a difference to society, in whatever little way we can. 🌍✨
Through Yoga, our aim is to reach people who want to improve their health, build strength and flexibility, find balance, and become a healthier version of themselves. Because sometimes, even a small step towards better health can make a big difference in life. 🙏
And what a beautiful first month it has been! ❤️ The response, love and encouragement we have received have been far beyond what we imagined.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to our parents, our family, all our friends, followers, supporters and every single well-wisher who has blessed us, encouraged us, supported us and showered us with their love and good wishes throughout this journey. ❤️🙏
Above all, we seek the blessings of Lord Shiva to give us the strength, wisdom and humility to continue walking this path with the right intention and to use this journey to bring even a small positive change in people’s lives. 🕉️🔱
YujByDiVi is just getting started, and we hope this journey continues to grow — not just in numbers, but in the number of lives we can positively touch. 🌱
We sincerely hope to receive the same love, blessings, support and good wishes from all of you in the journey ahead. ❤️
Keep supporting us, keep loving us, and most importantly, keep choosing your health. 🧘♀️🧘♂️
With immense gratitude, YujByDiVi Union of Breath, Body & Soul ❤️

Before you know us, we want you to know them. Everything we are, everything we will teach on this page comes from our Gurus Mohan karki sir and Neha Vashisht ma’am - @TheYogaGuru@womenhealthresearchfoundat2619 . They taught us that Yoga is not just Asana, it is Sadhana. Not performance, but practice. Not body, but union.
We are Vishnu & Dipa, only students, forever students.
We start this our new journey with their blessings and their permission. All knowledge is theirs, all mistakes are ours.
Lets start this page with classic meditation pose you see - legs crossed with both feet placed on the opposite thighs, spine tall and straight, eyes closed, and hands in Gyan Mudra on the knees. It’s not Sukhasana (simple cross-legged), Padmasana is more stable and locked, which is why it’s used for long meditation.
Benefits of Padmasana Physical: • Opens hips, knees and ankles gently • Helps you sit tall for longer without back pain, improves posture • Creates a stable base so your body can stay still and breathe deeper • Activates the lower body and improves blood flow when sitting for meditation. Mental & Energetic: • Calms the nervous system instantly - great for stress and overthinking • Improves focus and concentration, the Gyan Mudra + closed eyes brings attention inward • Prepares you for pranayama and dhyana (breathwork and meditation) • In yoga tradition, it’s said to awaken and balance energy, keeping you grounded yet light Note: Avoid forcing this if you have knee or ankle injury. Start with Ardha Padmasana (half lotus) or Sukhasana and build up with a teacher.
why Sadhana matters? Yoga is not a workout you do once, it’s a daily practice. That’s why we call it Sadhana.
1. Body remembers consistency: Flexibility, strength and better posture only come when you show up daily, even for 15 minutes. 2. Mind needs training: One meditation calms you for an hour. Daily meditation rewires how you react to stress, sleep and anxiety. 3. Breath changes everything: Regular pranayama improves lung capacity, energy and focus - something you can’t get from one class a week. 4. Real transformation: Yoga is Yuj = Union. Regular practice connects body + breath + mind, not just burns calories.

Have you ever seen God in something so simple and unexpected that it made you stop and smile? 🙏✨ What was it?
Yesterday morning, while having a few almonds, I noticed something that made me stop for a moment… I saw Ganeshji in one of them. 🐘🙏
Maybe it was just an almond… or maybe it was a reminder.
When our mind is restless, we see problems everywhere.
But when the mind becomes peaceful, we start finding God in the smallest things around us. ✨
You don’t always need to go looking for God.
Sometimes, just quiet your mind, believe, and He starts showing up everywhere. ❤️🕉️
A little Tuesday reminder from YujByDiVi —
Find peace within, and you’ll find the divine around you. 🙏🌿
