Lybri is a collection of stories, with narratives that can be read differently.
Here you’ll find spoken hypnotherapy chapters and shared stories, read with care and permission, and held alongside an empowering perspective — not to change what happened, but to allow something positive to be noticed within that chapter.
You may find a story that gives words to a chapter that’s been hard to express — something you’ve felt but couldn’t yet name, and a reminder that others have felt something similar.
If you’d like to share a chapter of your story to be read here, or have a conversation about 1:1 online hypnotherapy, you’re welcome to get in touch.

How boring would life be if everything was perfect?
If every plan worked out…
If nothing ever went wrong…
If there were no mistakes, no regrets, no unexpected turns…
At first, it sounds peaceful.
Predictable.
Safe.
But then… what would we talk about?
The moments that don’t go to plan,
the ones that inconvenience us, frustrate us, even break us a little,
they’re the ones that shape us.
They become the stories we tell.
The lessons we carry.
The parts of us that others recognise and say,
“me too.”
Because perfection isn’t what connects us.
Being human does.
It’s the detours.
The missed chances.
The things we wish we did differently…
and the things we never saw coming.
That’s where life actually happens.
Life isn’t meant to be smooth all the time.
It isn’t meant to go exactly to plan.
And it certainly isn’t meant to be perfect.
Because if it was…
there’d be no growth.
No depth.
No story.
And maybe the chapter you’re in right now,
the one that feels messy, unclear, or not how you planned or imagined,
isn’t a mistake…
Maybe it’s the part
that makes the rest of your story worth reading.
—
You don’t need a perfect life…
just a real one.
