for those who can't see "live", please try these steps...but make sure YOU REMEMBER YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD ON TIKTOK, EMAIL, AND LOTTE DUTY FREE before doing this...and please AVOID MULTIPLE LOG IN, DO NOT SHARE YOUR ADMISSION CODE TO OTHERS - log in to one device only...1 log in at a time only....or else, your code will be blocked/invalid
1. try to update tiktok app, didn't work? try #2 2. logout on tiktok, then uninstall tiktok app, reinstall it, then log in, still didn't work? try #3 3. if number 2 still doesn't work, try to log in using the email address you used to register to familly concert, still not seeing "live"? try #4 4. if still #1 to #3 didn't work, here is your last option, log out, then create new tiktok account, then check if you can now see "live"
for those who are not allowed to use tiktok app, or using web, www.tiktok.com ,try to install vpn for pc, and try to log out then log in....
