Sorry for the lack of vlogs lately — it’s been a pretty crazy month or so! With family visiting and our two little ones keeping us on our toes, we haven’t had much time to film as much as we’d like. We’ve been sharing a few Shorts in the meantime, and hopefully they’ve been helpful for anyone planning fun activities this season!

The good news is, we’ve got new vlogs lined up starting this weekend, so we won’t be away for long. 💛 Hope you’ve all been soaking up the last bits of summer and enjoying the beautiful colors of autumn! 🍂

This week we’ve taken the kids south of the US/Canada border to experience an unforgettable Wildlife Tour and learn about different animals found here in North America 🦬 They’ve always been interested when they see the animals in their books so you could imagine how excited they got to not only see them in real life but also UP-CLOSE! We were literally beside them!🤯 Let us take you through our experience visiting the Wildest Ride in Washington State 🫎

✨ NEW VLOG! The sun is as beautiful as it gets here in BC and we've taken advantage of it by taking the kids up to Sea to Sky(Day trip in Squamish)! 🚘 And we quickly realized how long we've been away. There are many new spots to discover including this ice cream shop that Ate Skylar went crazy for🍦But that was just the cherry on top, because the biggest highlight was discovering this new area in Squamish that gave us the perfect view of the mountains and the water⛰️ What an epic day!

🍓✨ NEW VLOG! We’ve been loving every moment as we slowly ease back into weekly adventures with the kiddos — and this one was berry special! 😄👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

This week, we took them to a charming local farm just south of Vancouver 🌾🚗 for their very first U-PICK experience! 🧺👩‍🌾

They’ve never picked berries straight from the field before, and it was so sweet showing them where their food really comes from 🍓➡️🍽️

Skylar had the best time running through the fields 🏃🏻‍♀️💨, cheekily tasting strawberries as she picked 🍓😋

And baby Cloud? He was cozied up with Mom 🥰☁️, taking mental notes for next year when it’s his turn to pick! 👶🏻🍓

✨NEW VLOG! We figured it was time to test the waters—literally—and see if a day trip with two kiddos in tow was even possible. So we packed up… well, basically the whole house 😅 and made our way to beautiful Cultus Lake for the day!

We’re so excited to share how it all turned out. We think Skylar and Baby Cloud had the best time—though let’s be honest, Cloud takes his nap schedule very seriously 😴 But hey, he showed up for the adventure!

We even found the perfect little spot by the lake 🌊💙

Reality check: Can we keep making vlogs? 🎥🤔

This question has been on our minds for quite a while now—ever since Skylar came into our lives a couple of years ago 👶💛. And if you've been with us since before then, you’ve probably noticed a little dip in how much content we’ve been putting out 📉.

Back when it was just the two of us, we had the freedom to travel without limits ✈️🌍 and take our time capturing every moment 🎬. But now, with two little ones in tow 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, time feels a whole lot more precious ⏳.

We still love going on adventures 🗺️ and sharing them with you. But if we had to choose where our time goes, it’s a pretty easy pick—we’ll always choose Sky and Cloud 💕. And to be totally honest, YouTube hasn’t exactly been a money-maker for us 💸. We're not doing this for income—we're doing it for love. Love for storytelling, love for memories, and love for family 💖.

What really keeps us going? Seeing Sky’s face light up when she watches herself on screen 🥹📺. She may not remember these moments, but one day she’ll have them all to look back on—and we want the same for Cloud too 🌤️👶.

The plan 📝

To make vlogging more manageable, we’re planning to scale back a little on production. The next videos might be shorter and more raw 🎞️—but still full of heart, honesty, and adventure 💬✨. And hopefully, this will help us share more consistently too 📆✅.

If things change—if we find more time or energy—we’ll definitely consider ramping it up again 🔁. But for now, we hope you’ll keep watching, supporting, and coming along with us... wherever this journey takes us 🚗🌴.

We’re beyond excited to share that the newest member of our family has arrived! 👶✨💙

It’s been a wild week, to say the least 😅. We knew the time was near, but nothing could’ve prepared us for how quickly things would unfold. One moment we were strolling through IKEA 🛒🛋️ picking out furniture for the house—and the next, we were rushing to the hospital! 🏥🚗💨

We’ll be sharing the full story in our vlog soon 🎥📖, but for now, we’re just so happy and thankful that our little boy arrived safe and healthy 🙏👶💫. Max is already on the road to recovery after a smooth delivery 💪💐. And Skylar? She’s over the moon 🌙! She’s officially an “Ate” now 👧💖 and couldn’t stop beaming with excitement when she met the baby 🥹🫶.
