To my dearest friends there is a lot I have to say but I'm just going to keep it short and sweet so here it goes


Yesterday was too much for me and I felt like I'm going to have a panic attack right then and there my head started spinning very badly and I felt like I really couldn't catch my breath like I was having an episode again I feel like every text came with a bit of regret so whatever we did to make that argument start can we please forget about it because that's not worth our friendship our friendship is a lot stronger than that and I know everyone still might be hurt or stressed out or just shooken up by it but at school today please let's not talk about it it's still kind of traumatized me and I know it's traumatizing you all as well as well as much as me so for us sake let's not talk about it let's pretend it never happened Let's Pretend none of that happened maybe we need to take a break from each other for right now maybe that is the best thing I don't really want to but maybe that's better but I don't got to worry about me so I won't be there at all and I will text you all that I am going to the dentist but that's about it so yeah


But I cannot steal shake the feelings that I felt very overwhelmed over simulated I didn't know what to do or anything and I didn't mean to yell it's just stress really gets to me and I can't really help that when I'm way too stressed out or overstimulated I start to get really really sad or upset at this point I was sad because I didn't want us to quit talking over something ridiculous overwhelmed over stimulated sad depressed anxiety creeping and like I had so many things at the same time that I had no clue what to do and I know no one knows my end of the story but I really did feel my anxiety creeping in feeling overwhelmed feeling or stimulated and it's just like memories and flashbacks from 5th and 6th grade please let's not start this again that's ridiculous for 3 whole years there's been nothing but drama what's in this and let's be friends not Fose...
