Here’s my favorite meal planning hack:
I plan the same types of meals each week to make things easier and avoid the “what’s for dinner?” stress 🙃

➡️ Monday: Crockpot meal
➡️ Tuesday: Mexican night
➡️ Wednesday: Sheet pan or casserole
➡️ Thursday: Leftovers
➡️ Friday: Pizza night
➡️ Saturday/Sunday: We usually grill or go out

Keeping that rhythm helps so much with grocery shopping and dinner time!
