Why 30 Minutes? Early in my career, (way back in 2007) I saw a need for shorter sessions. It appeals to busy clients with limited time, and to more frugal clients with a limited budget. Most importantly, it helps people who are new to exercise (like I once was) feel less intimidated. Exercise is for everyone, not just the "go hard or go home" folks.
In 2010, I added a daily, 30-minute class to my schedule, and it is still going strong, even through the move to virtual platforms. Each workout is full body, with timed sets that allow for self pacing. This has become what sets my approach apart from other instructors. I say absurd things like, "start low and go slow," and "do what's right for YOUR body."
30 Minutes with Mandy is appropriate for all fitness levels, all bodies. With every exercise, I give modifications for beginners, advanced versions for those who need a little more challenge, and alternatives to do if no equipment is available.
