This clay pot has become my latest obsession in the kitchen, everything just comes out so good! More recipes coming next week… 😋 What’s your most used kitchen tool right now? 🥘
There’s something about grilled salmon in summer that I just can’t get enough of. It’s coming up in one of next week’s videos, and I can’t wait to share it. 😁 What do you love throwing on the grill this time of year? 🔥
Slow days in the garden and good food on the fire. Early summer is here and I can’t wait to share my next project with you! 🌿 What’s your favorite thing to cook outside?
Spent an afternoon at Ravelsmarks gård, such a beautiful place with some of the freshest, most colorful produce. 🌿 It’s so nice to see where the food begins. Can’t wait to share my visit and what I made from this basket!
What’s your favorite thing to cook with spring veggies? Let me know below! 😋
Lately, I’ve been making little weekend trips to find the freshest spring produce at local farm shops. It’s been so much fun finding ingredients you normally don’t see in regular shops and chatting with the farmers. Black carrots have a deep, earthy sweetness and a stunning color when roasted.
The foraging continues! 🌿 Have you cooked with stinging nettles or dandelion before?
This week I’ve been out in the forest picking stinging nettles and dandelion: humble weeds to some, but honestly so delicious and full of potential. I’ve got some beautiful recipes coming up that you don’t want to miss!
Also, just a heads-up: I’ll be posting more frequently starting next week. I’ve been moving a little slower lately, but I’m back at it. See you in the forest (and the kitchen)!

Have you ever made a recipe, only to end up with several half-used ingredients and no idea what to make next?
That is the problem I wanted to solve with IvanEats Kitchen.
After cooking an IvanEats recipe, you can tell Kitchen what you have left, and it will create other recipes around those ingredients.
I have been working on this for quite a while now, and I am very happy to finally share it with you.

Please let me know what you think after trying it. Your feedback will help shape what Kitchen becomes.
Cheers, my friends!

Hi friends! It’s been a while… 😔
A few weeks ago, my camera broke and I’ve been waiting for it to be repaired. I now got a new one and I’ll be back to posting videos soon.
Got some really good things coming up. Looking forward to be back!
Cheers! 🥂

Ever cooked lamb skewers over an open fire?🔥
This week, I made my own outdoor fireplace in the simplest way. The result? One of my best grilling experiences yet.
So excited to share this next week. What would you serve with lamb roasted over the fire?

This bright green asparagus soup is one of three recipes I’ll be sharing shortly, all made from asparagus picked freshly at the farm.
Which one would you be most excited to try: asparagus soup, risotto, or a ricotta plate? I’d love to know! 💚
