Our faith was never meant to be just words, church chairs, or fancy titles. Faith is practical. Faith is action. Faith is love in motion. 💯

God calls us to care, to serve, to lift up the broken and at the same time, to guard our own hearts from being polluted by this noisy, messy world.

👉🏾 I pray that the noise of the world will never drown out the voice of God in you.

May we be doers of the Word, not hearers only (James 1:22).

Today marks 1 year since my Hero, my mother, left me. 💔

In her honor, I rise.
I rise against every form of marital abuse , whether from a man or from in-laws.
I rise against the culture of silence that suffocates women in pain.

A wife is not property.
She is a mother, a daughter, a woman created by God, not to be #bruised, but to be #loved and #protected.

Today, I rise against the stigma placed on women who choose to save themselves and their children from abuse. That strength is not shame, it is courage, it is dignity, it self-love.

For my mother. For every silenced voice. For every wounded woman.
Today, I rise. ✊🏾
Keep resting my Queen Esther till I see you again!

In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials.” 1 Peter 1:6

Grief has a way of making God’s word feel… hard to grasp. If you’ve ever sat there asking “Why me, Lord?” you know what I mean. The truth is, sometimes we won’t ever fully understand because His wisdom goes way beyond our human understanding.

But here’s what gives me comfort: Psalm 139 reminds us that God already knows it all. Before you cry it out, before you whisper the prayer, before you even find the words, He already saw it, He already heard it.

So if you’re struggling, if you’re tired of the “why’s,” I pray you find that place where you can finally hand Him the wheel. Not easy, but worth it. He knows. He sees. He cares.

Welcome to Africa 💔

Where a woman’s “bravery” is measured by how much nonsense and abuse she can endure from the man she calls husband.

Ani Macaulay was “brave” until Natasha happened.
Osinachi was “brave” until six feet under.
Esther was “brave” until the worst came knocking.

To each their own… but you dare NOT ridicule a woman who chooses to walk away from abuse!

I was stigmatized for divorcing. This rubbish has to stop.
Till today, I haven’t even said one inch of what I went through or the risks I took. The lies they cooked up about me? I laughed.

Because in Africa, even when you’re the one hurt, somehow… you still get the blame. Tuipssss.

Settle if you want. Stay if you choose. But leave in peace those who decide to walk away ✌🏾.

Do you even know the guts it takes to walk away from 10+ years of a relationship/marriage?

Not every woman needs a man to survive.
Our identity is NOT in our marital status, it is in Christ.

As I Grow Older...
With each passing year, and with everything life has shown me, I find myself embracing more slow living. The rush of this world don't excites me in fact, it aches my mind.

I’m relearning to find peace in the little things ✨ the moments we often overlook while chasing “big” milestones or rehearsing our pain. But here’s the truth: when we get caught up in the race, we trade our calm for anxiety.

Matthew 6:27 asks:

“Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?”



Life will happen, sometimes because of our choices, other times through no fault of our own. It’s okay to feel the sting of pain, but please… don’t dwell there. I won’t tell you it’s easy, because it’s not. But it’s possible, one baby step at a time.

For me, my peace is non-negotiable. I guard it from every intruder, including my own self-sabotaging thoughts.

So, this week, I pray you slow down. Savor the small moments. Guard your peace. And remember: joy can be found in the stillness. 💛

Sis… life gets loud sometimes. And without even realizing it, we stop showing up in the quiet place.

But God’s Word reminds us in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to “pray without ceasing.” Not because He’s keeping score but because prayer keeps us connected and in tune with His heart.

There’s no “vacation” from prayer. But truthfully? As humans, we do drift. We get weary. We let busyness or pain create distance.

If that’s been you lately… I want you to know this, you re not alone.

You can start again.
No shame. No guilt. Just come back.
God’s not mad at you , He’s been waiting for you.

You’re still His daughter. You still carry His Spirit. Don’t let silence convince you you’re unworthy.

📿 Start with a whisper. A journaled thought. A “God, I’m here.” I need you!
It counts. It matters. He hears you.

Let’s return to prayer, not out of pressure, but because of love.
Favourite, remember God loves you so much regardless of what the devil says about you!
