Mike has been LeBron James trainer for 20 years, is THE athletic trainer/ performance Liaison for the Los Angeles ‪@lakers‬, works with NFL DPOY Myles Garrett, & played a huge role in helping ‪@Usher‬ kill his Super Bowl performance last year (some cool details about this in the upcoming episode).

We discussed cutting edge preventative medicine, strength training & rehab, nutrition & recovery protocols that all of Mike’s athletes use. Tons of evidence based tools that people of all ages can apply to improve their mental, physical & spiritual health.
