On Monday, September 14th, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to let the U.S. Postal Service enforce a rule targeting mail-in ballots for the mid-term elections, a decision which Trump called 'a big loss for Republicans,' tearing into his own nominees to the Court, who he claimed have become a “shell of their original selves.” Last month, when Trump was asked whether he would declare a national security emergency around the elections, he responded, "Let me just say stranger things have happened. I’ll leave it at that." What do you think? Will Trump declare an emergency?
