2025 is upon us.
And I'm somewhat active again. For this time. I hope I won't end up as a cryptic creature who only shows up in blurry recordings.
Since I'm here. All I want to say this I want to give a chance to this YouTube thing again after performing some soft experiments with the video """""essay""""" format. I know they weren't that much of a bang but I'm somewhat satisfied. I do learn some lessons from them after all. And of course. I'm looking forward to make more.
Speaking of video editing. The most time-consuming part was ... actually, every part. But I do really hate dubbing AND subtitling. For dubbing. I don't think I need to explain this. Every clip you heard was heavily edited to remove stuttered parts. Although for the latter they are less likely to happen until I encounter some "hard-to-native" words.
And for subtitling. It's a chore. Sure. There's a technology called "speech-to-text AI models for subtitles". But I don't think they would be able to handle my accent. So subtitling is a must for my videos, unless you speak the same language as Crazy Dave then let me welcome you to our club.

Um. Anyway, the schedule for The Sims for dumb phones videos will be back after the new year (I will create the playlist for them too.). Also. Let me spoil you a bit. Some were "good enough", some were bad, and some were ... insignificant. So if I missed some entries, you know why.
But what about the videos after I have exhausted all of my Sims' juices? I do have a plan. Not sure if it will work or not. But it's a plan alright.
