I am Smita, a certified yoga teacher.

This channel is created to make yoga simple, accessible, and part of everyday life. Each session is suitable for all levels of practitioners and is easy to follow, so you can practice at your own pace—even when life feels busy and full.

Here you’ll find short 10–20 minute yoga sessions designed to help you keep your body mobile, build gentle strength and flexibility, and relax your mind to feel uplifted in body and mind. These practices also focus on breath and body awareness to help you reconnect, restore energy, and bring focus back to yourself. You can practice either at the beginning of your day to feel fresh and active, or at the end of your day to unwind and release tension.

The goal is simple–to help you feel better in your body and calmer in your mind through consistent, short daily practice.
