you good health and abundant blessings in the New Year.
We all grow old.
But growing old, and growing old beautifully, is not easy...
Letting youth go is difficult... We try to turn it into another age
that does not belong to us....
But whether we want to or not, we must make inner peace
with our breathless breathing, with our slowed movements, with our gray hair,
with our wrinkles...
I realize that we must continue to learn
to be curious about life, to be proud of
what we are....We must
walk upright, with dignity, to overcome our fears....
