📌 1. BASIC KIROKU PHRASES (daily notes)

Eating / Nutrition
• 食事:全量摂取(ぜんりょうせっしゅ) – nakaon tanan
• 食事:半量摂取 – half ra naon
• 食欲低下あり – decreased appetite
• むせなし – no choking
• 水分摂取良好 – good fluid intake



Physical condition
• 歩行安定 – stable walking
• 歩行不安定 – unstable walking
• ふらつきあり – dizziness / wobbling
• 転倒なし – no fall
• 転倒あり(軽傷なし) – fall but no injury



Mental / Dementia behavior
• 会話成立 – can communicate
• 見当識低下あり – disoriented
• 不穏あり – agitated
• 落ち着いている – calm



ADL / Care
• 更衣介助実施 – assisted changing clothes
• 排泄自立 – independent toileting
• オムツ交換実施 – diaper changed
• 入浴介助実施 – assisted bathing

if mu ana ang employer ngano caregiving imo gipili or kaigo no shogoto riyuu wa nandesu ka , or doushite kaigo no shigoto erabimashita ka (eranda?)

Kaigo no shigoto o eranda riyū wa, hito no yaku ni tachitai to omotta kara desu. Riyōsha-sama no seikatsu o sasae, sukoshi demo anshin ya shiawase o kanjite moraeru yō ni kakawaritai to omoimashita. Mata, jibun ga kono shigoto o tanoshimu koto de, yori yoi kea o teikyō dekiru to kangaete imasu.

Started taking Doctor’s Best High Absorption Magnesium Lysinate Glycinate and honestly… na-amaze ko sa result ✨
I noticed:
✔️ Mas relaxed akong muscles
✔️ Better sleep (mas deep ug dili sige mata)
✔️ Less stress and tension after work
Magnesium helps with muscle relaxation, sleep support, and overall body recovery—perfect kaayo if kapoy ka permi or kulang sa tulog 😴
Dosage:
Usually 2 tablets per day (check label gihapon para safe 👍)
Best time is evening or before sleep para mas ma-feel ang relaxing effect. Pwede pud after meals.
For me, worth it gyud siya especially sa mga kapoy na adlaw 🫶
