Hey all,

I deleted a video I posted yesterday about the NIV. I made a grammatical error about the Hebrew.

While my conclusions were right (that Is. 7:14 indicates a young woman is pregnant AND that the NIV is a bad translation), I explained the grammar wrong. Thanks to the commenters who pointed out my mistake!

I may remake the vid in the future.

My Hebrew is pretty rusty, which happens when you don't use it. I'll keep trying to bring some basic Hebrew into videos, because it's good for me to practice. And I'll keep verifying and checking with scholarly sources and people who know it better than me.

A good reminder that nobody here on YouTube (or in the academy for that matter) is infallible or inerrant or anything of the sort :)

What's the best intro book to any subject in Christian history you think someone NEEDS to read?? I'll create a list and post it somewhere!
