We don't go through this process consciously, instead we react, but that's only because we have never challenged our reactions and taken control.
Now, as much as any time I remember in my life, it's time for us, the people to talk to each other, and really importantly, listen to each other.
We can disagree on things, that's healthy, that's how we move forward and grow, together, but also we have to communicate, properly.
It's okay to agree with something that they say, even when you disagree with most other things they believe in, even when you dislike the person... And vice versa, you don't have to believe in and agree with everything your team backs.
It's Good 2 Talk has always been about talking, communicating, and now, that's what we can all do.
Let's listen and think about each others opinions, find our common ground, and build our communities on those solid foundations.
Communities of the people, the ones who want to work together for each other.
I believe there is hope, despite all the doom and gloom, I believe that through adversity we can find our strength and purpose.

Let me tell you something I’ve learned from experience — both as someone who’s struggled, and as someone now helping others through it:
You don’t have to believe in affirmations for them to be working on you.
You’ve likely been affirming things to yourself for years.
Except they probably sounded like:
“I always mess things up.”
“I’ll never be good enough.”
“That’s just the way I am.”
“People like me don’t get to be happy.”
These are affirmations too.
They’re repeated beliefs… said with emotion… stored in your nervous system.
They become mental scripts. Internal identities.
And eventually? They shape your life.
So no — positive affirmations aren’t “just words.”
They’re counter-spells to all the quiet lies you’ve whispered to yourself for too long.
I get it. When you’re deep in the storm, saying “I am enough” feels… laughable. Cringe, even.
But what if I told you that’s exactly why it works?
Because the first step to unlearning fear…
is noticing how often your mind reinforces it.
And if you can repeat a lie long enough to believe it —
