PROOF!!! ❤️‍🩹🥹
This is proof that mental blocks and hard times come for a REASON! 💝
I used to have such a big, huge mental block on my back handspring on beam! I was always scared my hands were going to slip or miss! 🥲 It took me a long while to get over it but I did! And this mental block helped me just this Sunday! During my beam warmups I missed my hands on my bhs on beam BUT I knew how it felt like to miss them before because of how many times I did it during the mental block. I wasn't scared to get back up and try again after! 🥺

Moral of the story 📖 Everything comes for a reason and can help you later ☺️
