Shedeur meets his new coach. Here’s what I see. A grown and mature man(The Coach) that has no preconceived notions about a young man. He genuinely likes Sjedeur and says that he tried to draft him. Coach doesn’t care about his at times over zealous fans, because he knows that’s not Shedeur or even an extension of who he is. They or we are just fans. We are opinionated, loud and sometimes outta control. Nontheless, we are just fans. How you treat us should have nothing to do with how you look at or treat Shedeur. Some people don’t know how to separate the two. At first glance Coach Monken seems like he knows exactly how to deal with and separate the two. There’s a lot of work to be done to get the Browns where they need to be to start winning games. However I want you to pay close attention to what happens at the QB position. I’ve cried out so loudly about fair treatment and fair competition. If and when Coach Monken lays out his plans for the QB room, im sure he’ll tell us there will be a competition. From their interaction, i believe Coach will definitely give Shedeur a fair shot to win the starting position. Because he shows no Malice for Shedeur initially, i believe im rocking with him if he sits Shedeur and makes him a back up to whoever and have him learn. I will know that he wanted him to start but he wasn’t ready for what he installed. If Shedeur starts, the Browns will be in the playoffs because Coach believes he’s the right QB and will do everything in his power to build a wall around him to win. I put this in writing because I believe this will age well. Bookmark this for later reference if you have to. Harry B from TLP has spoken. Im Totally Bought In! Lets Go Dawgs!

After the Browns informed DC Jim Schwartz this morning they were passing him over to hire Todd Monken as head coach, Schwartz was visibly upset, said goodbyes in the building and told other coaches he’s not coming back, sources tell The Insiders.

Schwartz is under contract and Cleveland wants to retain him. But his future is now unclear.
