A true sustainable food forest is a garden disguised forest and blends with the local ecosystem.
While I build my food forest here, I report on techniques, skills and information as I research and implement them my self.

Skills in tool maintenance and food preparation.
Information on how to analyze your resources and wild foraging.

My area is a very unique place with respect to climate. It is considered a "Boreal" Rain forest Biome. We have a winter of plant hardiness zone 5a and a summer of plant hardiness zone 3, with lots of wind, rain and cloud.
