Who I am? -
Hello, My name is Julian or Nghĩa and I am 🇬🇧British Born (English) Vietnamese 🇻🇳
I am learning about my heritage, culture and identity (and trying to improve by Vietnamese) so that I can connect more deeply with my family, understand who I am, and see life from another perspective and I would love to show, and share the journey with you too.
Why I started this channel?-
Friends, family and colleagues have asked me about Vietnam so I thought I'd answer them via videos!
The aim is to increase awareness and educate people about Vietnam by bringing you content about the Mother/Fatherland from an English perspective, so that you can gain an understanding if you ever want to visit, live in or just have a general interest about Vietnam.

Thanks to my subscribers for having trust in me. There will be lots more Vietnam videos coming up soon, aiming for at least once per week upload. A lot of editing to do.. but it is bringing back all these great memories!

Hello to my subscribers, once again thanks for being patient, I know i haven't uploaded videos consistently since I started this channel in 2022 but I have a lot of Vietnam content for 2025 that I am currently editing right now, so please enjoy the videos coming soon!
I'm happy to have learnt so much more about my family Vietnamese culture and improved language skills since the early days of this channel.
This year I actually bought a camera lol to record videos when previously I had used my Iphone 12. (Yes I know my early vids are so bad). I'm trying to improve little by little, and get better at making videos, but I am certainly no expert!
Future videos in the coming months include Saigon but mostly Northern Vietnam - Hanoi, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Ha long, Ninh Binh to name a few.
