I would like to share HPCL CBT ,GT and INTERVIEW experience, In CBT exam since 170 question and time is only 150 minutes so most important is time management and accuracy because in this time negative marking is there,
Talking about technical domain questions - in technical sone questions about 30% are one liner kind of, 30% kind of tricky but not that much difficult, Remaining are moderate and some are formula based, You have to calm and concious while attempting because in technical you have to score atleast 50% if you are UR,
About non technical -Non technical questions are some times easy some time difficult like 2021 easy on and 2022 difficult so don't spent much time in any questions because if it's difficult cutoff will go down so no need to worry.
Talking about group task - you just need to be confident and clarity the point that you have included and one thing don't try to be dominate for clear group task you need all skills like good listener,well groomed points,and proper communication with each member, If you are giving 3,4 point in 2,2 minutes interval w/o much interuption definitely you will be selected,
Talking about Interview - it's purely HR based they are asking questions related you personal life like family, girlfriend etc , Don't be hesitate just be real, Some time they trying to ask a question for trap like what if you find Google job or etc you have to handle calmly these kind of questions, Sometimes they ask easy technical questions but mostly they avoid technical one.
Some tips- 1. Please give all the test series of testbook it's quite helpful. 2. Please bring all orginal documents in exam centre whatever they mentioned. Don't spent much time on any questions. 4. Don't bother if you are not able to do 4,5 questions in streak just move forward. All the best to everyone 😊
