Text: Joshua 6:20

A wall is a boundary.

Not all walls are bad. Some walls signify that there are treasures within.
Revelation 21: 10-12

Walls tell you: thus far, you can come and no further.

Walls are in categories:
• Natural walls
E.g. the Red Sea.
• Inherited walls
• Manmade walls
E.g. the wall of Jericho
• Walls you erected yourself


▪︎ The red sea only became a wall when it stood in the way of Israelites.
^ It is a symbol of delay; it represents walls that allow people you have left behind to catch up with you, particularly enemies.
^ It represents walls that send you back to square one - slavery
^ It represents situations that can cause you to backslide
^ It represents walls that render your previous history useless
^ It represents walls that can ultimately lead to death.
+ Samson

▪︎ The wall of Jericho represents a wall that:
^ Defies God's promise in your life.
^ Says you're so near yet so far

▪︎ There are certain walls that you create yourself; walls you carry everywhere:
1. Laziness. Proverbs 22:29, 2 Kings 13:14

2. Pride. James 4:6
Psalm 73:6
Proverbs 16:18, 29:23

3. The wall of anger
Psalm 37: 8-9, Proverbs 14:17, Ecclesiastes 7:9
+ Moses. Numbers 20: 1-12

4. The wall of unbelief
Mark 9:23
The wall that has been standing between many of us and our miracles is unbelief. Hebrews 11:6

5. The wall of doubt.
This is the twin of unbelief. Mark 11:23, James 1: 5-8


☆ It is one thing for the wall to fall; it is another thing for it to remain down.

6. The wall of doubt.
Isaiah 59: 1-2


You can't get all these walls down by yourself. You need the help of the Most High God.


Salvation Call
If you haven't given your life to Jesus, ask the Lord to have mercy on you, forgive your sins, wash you clean, and save your soul. Promise Him that you'll serve Him for the rest of your life.

Principally, there are two major walls against prosperity apart from miserliness.
1. Famine.
A famine is caused by the lack of rain; God is the Controller of rain. Amos 4: 7-8
Genesis 26: 1-6

2. Generational curses. 1 Samuel 2: 30-ffg

For the walls against prosperity to fall, we need to obey God.
Malachi 3: 8-12

There's no way God can bless your father, and you won't be multiplied.
Genesis 22: 1-22

Obedience to God is the key to generational blessing.


Salvation Call
If you're not a child of God, you can not partake in His blessings.

If you haven't given your life to Jesus, ask the Lord to have mercy on you, forgive your sins, wash you clean with His blood, and save your soul.

Text: Exodus 15:11

A single wonder is enough.
Why then would God perform multiple wonders?

1. To show His supremacy over and above all His enemies. Ecclesiastes 5:8
+ God vs. Pharaoh.
Exodus 7: 10-25
Exodus 8: 1-7, 16-19
• The Almighty God performs multiple wonders to subdue His enemies permanently.

2. To establish the law of substitution - the wicked taking the place of the righteous when death comes calling. Proverbs 11:8
+ The Egyptians dying in the place of the Israelites. Exodus 4: 21-23, 14: 21-28
+ Conspirators dying in the stead of Daniel. Daniel 6

+ God paid Sarah a visit and gave her several wonders. Genesis 18: 9-14
• Abraham and Sarah's bodies were quickened. Romans 4:19, Genesis 21: 1-7
God gave Sarah multiple wonders until she became the mother of nations.

+ Hannah asked for just one child. God gave her that one child and five extra. 1 Samuel 1: 9-20
• The one she gave to God, He made him a prophet, Israel's first kingmaker, and king remover. 1 Samuel 3: 19-21, 9: 17-27, 10: 1-25, 15: 1-29

Multiple Wonders in the Physical
+ God postponed Hezekiah's appointment with death.
2 Kings 20: 1-11
+ God caused the sun to stand still. Joshua 10: 12-14

Multiple Wonders in the Material Sense
• Barrenness can mean fruitless efforts. Luke 5: 1-11

Multiple Wonders in the Spiritual
• Paul, the chief of sinners became the chief of apostles.
1 Timothy 1:15, 2 Corinthians 7:2
• God wrought many miracles through him.
Acts 19: 11-17

▪︎ God wants to pick you up from the miry clay and set you among kings.
Psalm 40: 1-3, 1 Samuel 2: 7-8

All that God is waiting for is how you respond to Him.

For those of you trusting God for the fruit of the womb,
• God expects you to be hospitable.
• He expects you to be holy

If you want to give your life to Jesus, ask the Lord to have mercy on you, forgive your sins, wash you clean with His blood, have mercy on you, save your soul, and make you His.

Theme: The All-Sufficient God (the Wonders of His Sufficiency
Text: Genesis 17:1

☆ The first time God introduced Himself to man was in Genesis 17:1. He introduced Himself as Jehovah El-Shaddai, the God Who is more than enough.
The inexhaustible God - the all-sufficient One. He's sufficient for you, me, and for everyone.

¤ Physically, the Lord is sufficient for you. He is sufficient to heal one and heal all.
+ John 5: 2-9
+ Matthew 8: 14-17

He can heal through:
• Speaking
• Touching. Mark 16: 17-18
• His dress
• Anointed handkerchiefs
• Shadow. Acts 5: 14-16

¤ He is sufficient for one materially.
+ The widow. 1 Kings 17: 8-16
He is sufficient for all materially.
+ Fed 5000 men. John 6: 5-13

¤ The Lord is sufficient for one spiritually. He delivered individuals possessed with demons.
Luke 8: 1-3, Mark 5: 2-20
He is sufficient for a whole city. Acts 8: 5-8, 2: 1-2

He is sufficient to still any storm:
▪︎ On the Sea. Mark 4: 35-41
▪︎ On land. Numbers 6:1-35
You don't know what a storm is until someone tells a lie against you and stands by what they said.
▪︎ In the air. Psalm 91:5

¤ The Lord can give joy to one
+ Sarah. Genesis 21: 1-7
The Lord can also give joy to a whole nation.
+ Israel. Exodus 15: 1-20

¤ God is sufficient for your past. 1 John 1:7, 2 Corinthians 5:17, 7:2
¤ The Lord is sufficient for your present. Psalm 23
¤ The Lord is sufficient for your future.
He is not only the Alpha, He is the Omega.
Revelation 1:8, Colossians 1:27
+ Esau.
Romans 9: 10-16, Genesis 27: 1-40

He who got a remnant of the blessing was so great, he terrified the one who got the great blessing.
Genesis 32: 1-7

☆ Even if it's only a crumb of the blessing, it is a lot.
But you will get more than a crumb because crumbs are for dogs.
Matthew 15: 21-28
God is all-sufficient.

Salvation Call
Bread is for children; crumbs are for dogs.
You are either a child of God or you're not.

If you want to give your life to Jesus, ask Him to wash you clean, forgive your sins, and save your soul.

☆ There is a link between understanding, knowledge, and wisdom.

• To understand someone is to know how they think, act, and react to certain situations. If you understand someone, you can get whatever you want from them.

• It is not easy to say you want to understand God.
However, the Word of God encourages us to understand Him.
Isaiah 40:28, Proverbs 25:2

• When you know Him, you'll be strong and do exploits. Daniel 11:32

• God does not behave like you'd expect. That He related to you one way yesterday does not mean He will relate with you the same way today.
Isaiah 55: 7-9

• God does not think the way you expect Him to think. 2 Kings 5: 1-14
》 His ways are not our ways; His thoughts are not our thoughts. Proverbs 11:34
》 God wants you to scatter your seeds. Some might not produce fruits, but some will land on good soil. The harvest from those will make up for those that fell on stony ground.
Matthew 13: 6-9, Hosea 8:7

》 God expects you to scatter, and then you will increase.
1 Kings 17: 8-16

》 If you want to have dominion, you must be under authority. Luke 7: 2-10, James 4:7

Submit your business to God, and He will deal with the devourers.

☆ Delay is not denial.
Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8

》 Understand that what you're calling a long delay is a short time with God. Psalm 90:4, Psalm 46:1
》 God does as He pleases.
Psalm 115:3
》 He reserves the right to change a prophecy to a decree.

▪︎ Prophecy: God says He will do something, but with no time frame.
Genesis 12: 1-3, chapters 15 & 17
▪︎ Decree: God put a time frame to the prophecy He spoke to Abraham. Genesis 18: 1-14, Psalm 33: 8-9

• God loves celebrations.
John 2: 1-11, Exodus 23: 14-16.
+ The first miracle Jesus performed was at a wedding.
• Every time a sinner is saved, Jesus Christ dances. Luke 15:10


Salvation Call
When you give your life to Jesus, He rejoices and dances over you.

To give your life to Him, cry to the Lord for the wonder of salvation. Ask Him to forgive your sins, make you His, and put your name in the book of life.
