We uplift the contributions of Foundational Black Americans, honoring generations of healers who developed advanced plant-based healing systems long before formal botanical science. Their knowledge helped shape modern herbalism and botany and still influences practices today. This work also explores ancestral ties to North America and possible biblical bloodlines, alongside emerging theories.

This channel covers intuitive clinical herbalism, ethnobotany, the legacy of Black healers, anthropological perspectives on healing traditions, and reclaiming ancestral knowledge. It is a space to learn, reflect, and reconnect.

A Foundational Black American = a person classified as Black who can trace their lineage to the American system of slavery.
