Their knowledge helped shape modern herbalism and botany and still influences practices today. This work also explores ancestral ties to North America and possible biblical bloodlines, alongside emerging theories.
This channel covers intuitive clinical herbalism, ethnobotany, the legacy of Black healers, anthropological perspectives on healing traditions, and reclaiming ancestral knowledge. It is a space to learn, reflect, and reconnect.
A Foundational Black American = a person classified as Black who can trace their lineage to the American system of slavery.

Neurodivergent individuals often experience chronic comorbid physical ailments due to a lack of safety in the spaces they occupy or no safe space at all to process, heal and recover. Especially in marginalized and disenfranchised communities.
Unfortunately the church including various “bodies of Christ” or camps have proven to be spaces perpetuating more harm than safety for many who are neurodivergent.
