Happy Veterans Day! Thank you to all who have served our country or are currently active duty. Today we honor you and all of the sacrifices you’ve made for our country. I’m getting really serious about my health and finally losing around 95 lbs. I was very healthy and active in my youth and young adulthood, but after kids, not so much. I worked out here and there, but never consistently. I’ve tried pretty much every diet out there. They all work short term, but not sustainable. I had the most success with keto, losing 60 lbs., but again, not sustainable, at least for me. I will be starting a GLP-1 medication soon to help me with my weight loss. Starting with a 3 month program and we’ll see how it goes. Question for you all, should I create a separate playlist for my weight loss journey or create another channel documenting my journey, weigh-ins, what I’m eating, exercises I’m doing, etc.?

Hi Everyone! So, good news…..last night I got invited to apply to the YouTube Partner Program and create my AdSense account. I’m not quite at 1K subscribers yet and still need about 1K watch hours to get monetized. It takes around 1 month for YT to review everything, so I’m assuming they think I’ll reach those benchmarks by then? I’m just hoping to get there by my 1 yr anniversary on YT in October. If I get there sooner that’d be fantastic! Thank you to all who have subscribed, viewed, liked, and commented on my videos! I’m so appreciative of every one of you. My youngest son, Caeden, graduated from HS today! The ceremony was at 1:30. I’m so incredibly proud of him! He earned four awards: Honors, MD Scholar, CTE Completer, and Principals Award. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for him! He received a grant so he’ll be attending the local community college for free for two years and then transferring to UMD College Park. He wants to major in computer science and get a minor in electrical engineering.
