My wife, @msshekinah, was led by the Holy Spirit to look for a scripture about CrossRoads in the Bible, and she found this one in the book of Jeremiah known as "the Weeping Prophet" because he would be crying out to his people to obey the LORD GOD and repent of their evil ways or there would be serious consequences! This verse fits what I have been doing and will continue to do, Show people the way to the True light that will make life so much more meaningful. Samuel said,“Has the Lord as great a delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices As in obedience to the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice,And to heed [is better] than the fat of rams.1 Samuel 15: 22
We can say, "ohh Lord, look at everything I have sacrificed for you. Will you see it and honor me in that act?" but Jesus said, in John 14:15 “If you [really] love Me, you will keep obey My commandments.
