The Angels of YHWH always transport the will of YHWH with precision, reverence, obedience, and continual praise. How obediently do they proceed at HIS command, protect what is HIS, execute judgment, deliver messages, war against darkness, and cry “Holy, Holy, Holy” around HIS throne day and night (Isaiah 6:3; Psalm 103:20; Hebrews 1:14). We see their whole existence mirrors loyalty, purity, and agreement with Heaven.
As followers of YESHUA MASHIACH, we gladly and joyfully live with this same posture of intimacy and obedience. To the magnitude of our sincere sonship, surrender, holiness, lifestyle of worship, and alignment with the Abba Father’s will, continually align.
This 12th Month (Adar): Another Pattern of Reversal in Scripture
We are in the 12th month on YHWH’s Biblical calendar, a month that repeatedly reveals patterns of divine reversal.
Adar teaches us that YHWH is sovereign over every decree, every system, and every power on the earth. What appears sealed in the natural can still be overturned by Him.
The Birth of the Twelfth Son: Pattern of Reversal and Transition
This pattern is connected to the emergence in Rachel’s final childbirth. Rachel, while on the way to Ephrath, which is in (BETHLEHEM- HOUSE of BREAD), began to have "HARD LABOR" & she was assigned a (Mid-Wife) who said to her "do not be afraid, YOU NOW HAVE ANOTHER SON!!"
Genesis 35:18
“As her soul was departing… she called his name Ben-oni; but his father called him Benjamin.”
Rachel named the child Ben-oni, meaning the son of my sorrow.
Jacob reversed the name and named him Benjamin, meaning "son of the right hand."
This moment reveals an important spiritual principle: pain may describe the process, but it does not have the authority to define the outcome.
Governing Our Words During Transition
Rachel had endured years of barrenness before YHWH opened her womb again. Yet when the moment of birth arrived, her words were rooted in the pain of the process.
Hear this: many people are living in a season of pressure during a transition. For some, the deeper stronghold comes from a long season of barrenness, with prayers seemingly unanswered, doors remaining closed, and hope feeling deferred.
Over time, that experience can produce fear, the rehearsing of barrenness, self-sabotage, hurt, rejection, or the feeling that something must be wrong with you.
Then, when YHWH finally opens the womb, when breakthrough, restoration, or purpose begins to come to pass, the mind can remain rooted in the language of the former season.
This is why the story of Rachel is so important for today.
When Rachel finally gave birth, she initially named the child Ben-oni, “son of my pain.”
This reveals a powerful warning for our time:
If we are not careful, we can name our blessing after the pain that preceded it.
Yet Jacob reversed the declaration and named the child Benjamin, “son of my right hand.”
This shows that pain may describe the process, but it must not define the identity of what YHWH has birthed.
Scripture reminds us that our words carry authority.
Proverbs 18:21
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”
James 3:10
“Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so.”
Therefore, we must govern our thoughts and speech, refusing to label a breakthrough with the vocabulary of former pain.
Many are in a Season of Birth and Labor
There is intense pressure.
There is discomfort.
There are waves of intense contractions followed by moments of relief. Yet, labor pain is not death; it is the evidence that birth is near.
Just as a woman who has experienced labor, it feels the increasing weight, the pressure, and the difficulty of rest as the child prepares to be born, many are feeling similar spiritual and natural pressures in this hour.
But the pain of labor does not mean the promise has failed.
It means the promise is about to emerge. Complete Reliance on YHWH’s Sovereignty
During seasons like this, the followers of YESHUA MESSIAH must remain rooted in the character of YHWH.
We must know:
His power
His faithfulness
His sovereignty
Romans 8:28
“All things work together for good to those who love God.”
1 Thessalonians 5:17
“Pray without ceasing.”
In moments of pressure, remain humble, prayerful, and stabilized, surround yourself with those who are led by the HOLY SPIRIT, who speak truth, hope, faith, and can help you see the success of the birth. They are anointed to reverse what has been incorrectly named, rather than encourage you to rehearse the labor pains.
Culture doesn’t define time, YHWH does. January 1st is not the Biblical New Year. Here's the opportunity to return to the Creator’s calendar, not man’s traditions. Open the Word, Study it. Live it.
