How do I regain my passion for art and animation?

I'm really struggling to find strength in me to sit and draw something, every day it just gets harder for me to. Even if I'm not doing anything. (I havent been drawing for weeks)
I just wanted to know if you guys are artists by any chance, how do you deal with burnouts?
