Starr Baby Homestead is named after the BEST DOG IN THE WORLD! We rescued her and she livened our lives, brought us joy and happiness and comforted us through family struggles. She was intelligent, sweet, spoiled and loved beyond measure. She passed on August of 2022.

First Red Kuri harvest of the season. I'll be sowing the next batch this month (July) to take us into fall. When properly cured, these petite winter squash can last up to 6 months in storage. They are simply delicious!
