I gotta say, it feels quite strange writing my very first post my community space. I'm trying to remember what it was like writing my very first post on Facebook all those years ago.
I reckon it must have felt much the sameālike yelling into the void, not sure if anyone will hear me.
Time will tell.
Ultimately I'll be sharing more about my personal journey with fibromyalgia, and how I help other women living with chronic illness learn how to tap into their inner healing capability to start living with more comfort, joy, energy and zing again.
