This is NUTS. Firstly, thank you for the support. I'm so glad I've been able to motivate so many of you and help you get stronger.
When I started this channel, I had one goal: to spread calisthenics to as many people as I could. It transformed my life and I wanted everyone to experience how amazing it could make them feel too.
No matter if you're a calisthenics beginner or pro, I'm sure you've experienced how much stronger, more confident, and capable you've become by training calisthenics. If my content has helped you evolve in this way then I'm SO happy — because that's exactly what I wanted to achieve.

In this video, I go on a quest to find the perfect muscle up. Join me on my journey. There will be mystery, laughter, and buckets of useful information to learn about the muscle up.
Please give this video a like and watch it the whole way through when you see it. It took me AGES to make and a lot of effort went into it.
It's very different to the videos I normally make (it's pretty much a mini-documentary), so leave me a comment too and let me know if you like this style of video. If you do, I'll make more.
I also made all the music in the video myself. There are lots of genres in there (hip hop, techno, metal, etc.) so there's something for everyone.
I'm very proud of this video - I'm sure you'll enjoy it too!
