We are living in a time where the ordinary and typical road that we’ve been sold from former generations is dissolving. Not definitively into destruction, although there is a large amount of that, but into something far more demanding: depth.
Sacred Mirrors: The Initiatory Descent is a journey into that depth. A passage across a threshold that separates past from future possibility. It is the opportunity to exit the cyclic ways in which we continue to tell the same stories over and over, even if they cause us and our world suffering, and to empty ourselves of distorted frames that we catch ourselves caught up in without forward momentum to access the possibility of new unique and truly individual expressions. And expressions that come from somewhere deeper than our compulsions.
True initiation is a willingness to let the smaller story be composted by something truer than habit. It is the soul’s ecology calling us home to a truer place within ourselves that our post modern world has not equipped us to see.
We have the opportunity to enter the mythic dimension of existence, a place where life stops being a problem to be solved, and becomes a vast place of mystery asking to be embodied. And we may come to find out that each individual that is willing to make the descent, initially into themselves, will come to see themselves in everything around them. So we descend also with the possibility of becoming more greatly attuned to the natural world around us and to the ways in which we can finally learn to be truly collaborative with the world at large.
If you feel called, Ireland awaits. The land is the perfect setting for a deeper meeting of community.
Any questions feel free to reach out.

Our Echo: Yoga, Sound & Evolution
Is your love extractive?
We live in a transactional age, where we have slowly become personality packages, our personas branded and marketed in the digital theater of living and loving. We have become not just consumers of products, but consumers of each other's fantasies, desires, and bodies. And there are gentle ways to check in with yourself, to see where it is you resonate from, where it is you relate from.
When you wake in the morning and pass a mirror, what is the first voice you hear? Is it one of judgment, or of arrival? Is there a recognition of beauty and of life looking back at you, or a quiet inventory of what remains unfinished, imperfect, not enough. When you meet someone new, is your first thought the distance between you, or the resonance that must surely exist somewhere beneath the surface.
When you date someone, have sex with someone, enter into relation with someone, what are the unconscious contracts humming between you? Do you move toward those who make you feel young, beautiful, powerful, worthy, seen? And how often is your tendency to love for the sake of loving itself, over your hunger to be loved in return?
We cannot know whether we are loving transactionally unless we sit in honest contemplation of what compels us to move toward someone. What draws us. What we are quietly hoping they will repair in us.
And something in the way we are relating is not working.
So much of modern dating is fast, explicit, and without depth. Why dive below the surface when we have become like products on a grocer's shelf, new brands arriving daily, always the shimmer of something fresher. We are living through a depth crisis, an attention crisis, an epidemic of loneliness. Individual living is rising. The chasm between men and women is widening, charged with anger, blame, and a grief that rarely gets named as grief. We see the sexual shadow erupting through the very institutions and systems built to protect us. The pornography of power. The commodification of intimacy. The slow erosion of trust between people who need each other.
Who do you turn to when you are afraid, and who offers you safety? Who do you turn to in loneliness, and who meets you there with presence? Who reminds you of your worth when you have forgotten it, and who remains when everyone else turns away? And do you offer that same devotion in return?
We are learning, slowly and tenderly, to uncover our wounds without destroying ourselves or each other in the process. So it is time to see where we extract. To name it. To place it plainly on the table.
Our patterns of relating run far deeper and quieter than our obvious addictions, and are just as corrosive. When we are blind to our extractive nature, we rarely find peace. We grasp at others to fill something that cannot be filled from the outside. The more honestly we trace why we lean toward some and recoil from others, the more clearly we see the ways we stunt our own capacity for depth. When we move toward others from lack, it is felt in the body of the relationship, even when it goes unnamed. And transactional love has no longevity. We are left bewildered, wondering how what once felt so radiant became so hollow.
In finding the extractive ways we love, we are offered a path inward, to tend to what leaks from the inside out. The fuller we become in ourselves, the vaster our capacity to love someone for who they truly are, free of unconscious contracts, hidden agreements, the quiet performance of fulfilling each other's needs while calling it love.
In that realness, love becomes richer, truer, stranger and more spacious than we imagined possible. And beside us stands more than a mirror, more than a hero or a parentified partner, but another full human being, radiating from abundance and not from need.
What a salve that would be, to the love starvation so implicitly and deeply embedded within Western capitalistic society.

I challenge you today, to fall in love with someone that you have no desire to have sex with. Someone you see walking on the street, someone you see sleeping on the street, someone who seems lonely. Someone who has no use or benefit to you.
Fill your entire being with compassion, and awe for their existence and for no other reason than to share existence with them, send them love. Regardless of their views, their desirability, their meaning to you….they are meaningful to life, or they wouldn’t be here. We don’t get to decide who is worthy.
This world is crying out for love right now. Little boys and girls in grown men’s and women’s bodies continuing to create separation between themselves and what they have always longed for, to belong.
Regardless if you have a partner, a family, a home….you have life, you have breath, you have been given another day. We have so much to be thankful for. Please stop reserving your love for those you feel committed to, and love this world.
I am doing my best to love this broken world in all its imperfections and survival strategies. I get that we many of us are scared and for good reason, yet we have to choose to see the beauty above all else, or we aren’t going to be able to do anything but perpetuate more separation, more suffering and more opposition.
I am doing the best to love the world as it is, and to still speak up and share my voice for the little one in me that could not protect herself, I do my best to protect us both now. And that is through perspective, through what I choose to focus on, and which voices in my head I choose to listen to. Faith above all.
We live in a world that sells us on our belief that we aren’t enough, that we are too much, that there is something inherently wrong with us. And if we believe it to be true, it becomes truth and we will spend this incredibly beautiful and complex existence always running towards something we’ll never touch. Be grateful today, and maybe tomorrow you’ll be content.
Remember the young one in you, curious, playful, wild, innocent…longing to be welcomed to this world, to belong, to love and to be loved. You’d never tell that little one that they weren’t worthy of love, of life, of kindness, of belonging ….so why would you believe anything other than that of everyone else, and all of you.
Re- child yourself.

ROOTS & RECKONING
A Day of Grief Tending, Ceremony, Celebration of Life with Community in the Heart of Texas
A Private Gathering · Dallas Fort Worth · Saturday, May 9th
There are parts of us that have been waiting, quietly and patiently, for permission to be seen. In the rush of ordinary life, we learn to set aside our deepest sorrows, our unfinished grief, our unnamed longings, so that we may function and participate in the world as it asks us to. But what is left unresolved does not disappear. It settles into the body. It lives in the pauses between words. It waits.
On May 9th, we will turn toward what waits.
In a private home held as sacred space in the Dallas Fort Worth area, we will be invited into an encounter with what has not yet been tended. The grief that never found a witness. The emotions stored in the body long before they were understood. The persona we constructed in order to survive, and the self that has been living quietly beneath it all this time. Through grief ceremony, celebration of life, movement, and ritual, we will be given the opportunity to meet ourselves more honestly than the ordinary world typically allows.
As the day deepens, we will make our way into the Temazcal, the ancient Native American sweat lodge tradition — a ceremony of purification, prayer, and deep returning. Inside the womb of the earth, in the presence of steam and stone and darkness, we are given the opportunity to shed what we have carried and to breathe ourselves back into something more essential. This is a ritual of surrender.
We will close our time together in an Integration Circle, where we harvest collectively what has been opened across the day. We tend to the beginning with the same care we bring to the end, so that what has moved through us does not simply pass, but takes root. The intention is not to leave with a residue of an experience, but with a different relationship to yourself and to your life.

FULL CIRCLE: The Mystic’s Path
There comes a moment in life when yoga stops being something you practice and becomes something you live.
The mat becomes more than a place to stretch your body. It becomes a place where you meet yourself honestly, courageously, and without the masks that the world has asked you to wear.
This is where Full Circle: The Mystic’s Path begins.
This **200 and 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training running August through December 2026** is not simply a certification. It is an initiatory path into deeper self inquiry, embodiment, and transformation. A journey weaving together Tantra, Hatha, and Yin yoga with meditation, philosophy, somatics, ritual, and the study of the subtle body.
But more than techniques or teachings, it asks a deeper question.
Who are you when the conditioning begins to fall away?
This path invites you into the process of individuation. The courageous unfolding of your authentic self. The willingness to face old patterns, unravel inherited stories, and step into the fullness of who you are.
This is not just about learning how to teach yoga.
It is about learning how to live yoga.
It is a training for those who feel the quiet call to go deeper. For those who know that the real work of yoga is not perfection, but integration. Not escaping the human experience, but becoming fully present within it.
Within the Full Circle training there are two paths available.
The Online Path allows you to participate in the full journey from anywhere in the world. Over the course of the training you will move through the teachings in an immersive online container while still being deeply supported by the community and guidance of the program.
The Hybrid Path includes the online training along with in person immersion segments where the teachings come alive through shared practice, embodied exploration, ritual, and community.
Both paths hold the same intention. To guide you beyond surface level practice and into the deeper art of becoming whole.
This training is for the seekers.
For the healers.
For those who feel the quiet pull toward something more honest and more alive within themselves.
Sometimes the path of yoga is not about adding more to who we are.
Sometimes it is about remembering what has always been there.
Perhaps the circle is ready to close.
And a new one is ready to begin.

Also…..this one is for the sisters and those who were born into a female body with certain conditioning projected onto you . I wanted to share this with you all, as I feel this deeply touches life a long journey I’ve been going on, one that I feel many women will understand.
If you have thirty minutes to watch, I’d say make a cup of tea, get cozy and allow yourself to sink into presence with this one. Especially if you feel you are a bit lost, troubled or confused on your path at this moment in time.
May it be of resonance and clarity.

Tomorrow
Brigid’s Flame: An Online Imbolc Ceremony
Feb 1st
5-7 PM
We come together at Imbolc, the midway point between the deepest darkness of the year and the return of light, to honor the inner landscapes of winter—the slowness, the stillness, and the spaces where life grows unseen. Like a seed buried in the earth, transformation happens in darkness. What is dying, what is decomposing, what feels heavy—this is the soil from which the new arises.
This is a time to hold all of ourselves, including the melancholy, the endings, and the depths we might be touching in these slow days. It is a time to recognize the death of who we once were and to welcome the emergence of who we are becoming. In the non-dual awareness of winter’s stillness, there is no separation between shadow and light, loss and growth, death and life—they are all part of the same unfolding.
Brigid’s Flame guides us here. She is the spark of inspiration, the creative fire, the Muse, the living symbol of transformation. Her flame is not just light—it is the inner fire that burns within the darkness, illuminating the unseen currents of the psyche, the dream-symbols, and the mythopoetic threads that weave our lives. It calls us to bring awareness to what is alive beneath the surface, to speak to the unconscious, and to honor the deep, sacred work of becoming.
In this two-hour global ceremony, we will enter a liminal, ritualistic space where we can:
• Set intentions to honor what has been dense, difficult, or shadowed.
• Receive the new life sprouting quietly from the winter’s soil.
• Connect with the inner artist, the Muse, and the spirit of Brigid, inviting creativity, insight, and transformation.
We gather not just to mark a season, but to bear witness to the life emerging in the silence, to the dreams and symbols that guide us, and to the fire of transformation that burns in every ending and beginning. Brigid’s Flame lights the way—reminding us that even in darkness, life is always gestating, always becoming.

Sacred Mirrors: Meeting the Void
February 22nd | 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM | Dalston, London
in collaborationship with @cacaosol.uk
I am beyond grateful and humbled to do this work. I am in awe of the possibilities that unfold when humans come together to feel what is often unspoken, unseen, and unexpressed.
I hold deep love for the process of unburdening, releasing, and grieving. This work is not easy—it is initiatory. It asks us to cross thresholds into parts of ourselves that feel unsafe, yet are yearning to be known.
Grief is not only about sitting in discomfort or the pain of what is or what was. It is also about stepping into gratitude for what is to come. It is about stepping into gratitude for the breath of life flowing through us each day. It is about deep remembrance of the beauty of this human experiment—celebrating the life that runs through us: the vitality, the wildness, the rawness and the sentimentality of this experience.
In this ceremony, we will feel into the harm that has been done—between brothers and sisters, between brothers and brothers, between sisters and sisters. The wounds of betrayal, rejection, and dehumanization are not easy to reveal, yet they thirst for acknowledgment and care.
We will dive into what feels stuck, painful, and uneasy to look at—but we will also step into the gold we may not be appreciating or remembering in our cognitive dissonance or cultural burdening.
This will be my last grief ceremony in London for some time, as I step back into the world for spring and summer. If you feel called to be held in deep space during a crossing of your own, you do not need to do it alone.
This will be a space of co-creation, co-remembering, and celebration.
Limited spaces available. For more information, reach out.

Temple of the Rose & the Blade
Mythic Reconciliation
March 7th | 1:30–8 PM
Dalston, London
This is a ceremonial temple space to explore eros as power, creativity, and aliveness — not performance, but the place where desire, presence, and consciousness meet.
We work with the forces often called masculine and feminine as currents within the body: how they flirt, clash, soften, dominate, withdraw, and long to be reimagined beyond habit, conditioning, and role.
What actually happens inside the temple:
• a strong opening ritual that drops us out of the everyday and into shared field
• slow, intentional movement that wakes sensation and erotic charge
• guided solo and partnered practices exploring polarity, presence, and self-intimacy
• embodied mirroring — seeing and being seen without fixing or consuming
• ritualised improvisation through voice, sound, gesture, and impulse
• art-making, painting, symbolic and oracular practices to give form to desire and shadow
• council-style sharing — spoken, witnessed, and held
• integration that lands what has been opened
This is a temple of eros — eros as intelligence, spell, and creative fire. What unfolds is shaped by presence, attunement, and the agreements of the space. The charge emerges through slowness, curiosity, resonance, and choice, allowing intimacy to arise in forms that are conscious, alive, and self-led.
Expect a space that feels intimate, charged, and strangely timeless — part ritual, part initiation, part remembering. You may encounter beauty, tenderness, power, discomfort, play, or revelation. Nothing is required except your willingness to listen, respond, and let yourself be moved by what is alive in the moment.
If you have not worked with me before and have questions, do please reach out prior to booking.
With love,
Echo
