Also…..this one is for the sisters and those who were born into a female body with certain conditioning projected onto you . I wanted to share this with you all, as I feel this deeply touches life a long journey I’ve been going on, one that I feel many women will understand.

If you have thirty minutes to watch, I’d say make a cup of tea, get cozy and allow yourself to sink into presence with this one. Especially if you feel you are a bit lost, troubled or confused on your path at this moment in time.

May it be of resonance and clarity.

Tomorrow

Brigid’s Flame: An Online Imbolc Ceremony
Feb 1st
5-7 PM

We come together at Imbolc, the midway point between the deepest darkness of the year and the return of light, to honor the inner landscapes of winter—the slowness, the stillness, and the spaces where life grows unseen. Like a seed buried in the earth, transformation happens in darkness. What is dying, what is decomposing, what feels heavy—this is the soil from which the new arises.

This is a time to hold all of ourselves, including the melancholy, the endings, and the depths we might be touching in these slow days. It is a time to recognize the death of who we once were and to welcome the emergence of who we are becoming. In the non-dual awareness of winter’s stillness, there is no separation between shadow and light, loss and growth, death and life—they are all part of the same unfolding.

Brigid’s Flame guides us here. She is the spark of inspiration, the creative fire, the Muse, the living symbol of transformation. Her flame is not just light—it is the inner fire that burns within the darkness, illuminating the unseen currents of the psyche, the dream-symbols, and the mythopoetic threads that weave our lives. It calls us to bring awareness to what is alive beneath the surface, to speak to the unconscious, and to honor the deep, sacred work of becoming.

In this two-hour global ceremony, we will enter a liminal, ritualistic space where we can:
• Set intentions to honor what has been dense, difficult, or shadowed.
• Receive the new life sprouting quietly from the winter’s soil.
• Connect with the inner artist, the Muse, and the spirit of Brigid, inviting creativity, insight, and transformation.

We gather not just to mark a season, but to bear witness to the life emerging in the silence, to the dreams and symbols that guide us, and to the fire of transformation that burns in every ending and beginning. Brigid’s Flame lights the way—reminding us that even in darkness, life is always gestating, always becoming.

Our Echo Yoga

Sacred Mirrors: Meeting the Void
February 22nd | 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM | Dalston, London

in collaborationship with @cacaosol.uk

I am beyond grateful and humbled to do this work. I am in awe of the possibilities that unfold when humans come together to feel what is often unspoken, unseen, and unexpressed.

I hold deep love for the process of unburdening, releasing, and grieving. This work is not easy—it is initiatory. It asks us to cross thresholds into parts of ourselves that feel unsafe, yet are yearning to be known.

Grief is not only about sitting in discomfort or the pain of what is or what was. It is also about stepping into gratitude for what is to come. It is about stepping into gratitude for the breath of life flowing through us each day. It is about deep remembrance of the beauty of this human experiment—celebrating the life that runs through us: the vitality, the wildness, the rawness and the sentimentality of this experience.

In this ceremony, we will feel into the harm that has been done—between brothers and sisters, between brothers and brothers, between sisters and sisters. The wounds of betrayal, rejection, and dehumanization are not easy to reveal, yet they thirst for acknowledgment and care.

We will dive into what feels stuck, painful, and uneasy to look at—but we will also step into the gold we may not be appreciating or remembering in our cognitive dissonance or cultural burdening.

This will be my last grief ceremony in London for some time, as I step back into the world for spring and summer. If you feel called to be held in deep space during a crossing of your own, you do not need to do it alone.

This will be a space of co-creation, co-remembering, and celebration.

Limited spaces available. For more information, reach out.

Temple of the Rose & the Blade
Mythic Reconciliation
March 7th | 1:30–8 PM
Dalston, London

This is a ceremonial temple space to explore eros as power, creativity, and aliveness — not performance, but the place where desire, presence, and consciousness meet.

We work with the forces often called masculine and feminine as currents within the body: how they flirt, clash, soften, dominate, withdraw, and long to be reimagined beyond habit, conditioning, and role.

What actually happens inside the temple:
• a strong opening ritual that drops us out of the everyday and into shared field
• slow, intentional movement that wakes sensation and erotic charge
• guided solo and partnered practices exploring polarity, presence, and self-intimacy
• embodied mirroring — seeing and being seen without fixing or consuming
• ritualised improvisation through voice, sound, gesture, and impulse
• art-making, painting, symbolic and oracular practices to give form to desire and shadow
• council-style sharing — spoken, witnessed, and held
• integration that lands what has been opened

This is a temple of eros — eros as intelligence, spell, and creative fire. What unfolds is shaped by presence, attunement, and the agreements of the space. The charge emerges through slowness, curiosity, resonance, and choice, allowing intimacy to arise in forms that are conscious, alive, and self-led.

Expect a space that feels intimate, charged, and strangely timeless — part ritual, part initiation, part remembering. You may encounter beauty, tenderness, power, discomfort, play, or revelation. Nothing is required except your willingness to listen, respond, and let yourself be moved by what is alive in the moment.

If you have not worked with me before and have questions, do please reach out prior to booking.

With love,
Echo

Our Echo Yoga

we sometimes give ourselves permission to stop
when the body is ill
when grief has taken something from us
when we are carrying life
or resting in its afterglow

yet we rarely allow time
for psychic matter to soften and move

what if there were such a thing as individuation leave
what if we were given time for re birthing ourselves
time to sink into nothingness and stillness
without reaching for more stimulation

what if we delayed our optimization
and chose integration instead

for many of us this time is avoided
through busyness
through stimulation
through distraction
through the dulling of sensitivity

and for some of us this time arrives anyway
pulling us inward
catching us at a threshold
interrupting our momentum
asking us to sit still

it does not need to be so forceful
we do not need collapse or crisis
in order to individuate

we could let life drip feed us change
small shifts
quiet transmutations
happening day by day
so we are not startled by our own becoming

and yet we live inside a structure
that demands constant motion
where productivity stays available
and rest is deferred

all the while our soul blueprints are neglected
pressed beneath layers of congested psychic matter
until there is no longer anywhere to hide
from what begins to rise from below

i am still here
participating in life
participating in the field

and in many moments of the day
i am dwelling deep within the non material strata of my existence

this place is unseen
untouchable
unpostable

and still this no place this no space
is the most dangerous place i have ever entered
and the safest place i have ever known

the more often i return
the more clearly i see

the deeper i descend into my own interior
the more love reveals itself

and fear
slowly patiently
drop by drop
begins to release me

leaving me a little more free

The Mystic’s Path: Full Circle

200hr & 300hr Yoga Teacher Training
Hybrid Online + In-Person Immersion
Fethiye, Turkey

An initiatory journey into practice, psyche, and the great mystery.

• Phase One: Online Foundations
Live teachings, guided practices, embodied inquiry, and contemplative integration

• Phase Two: 22-Day In-Person Immersion in Fethiye, Turkey
A living mystery school held in land, body, and collective field

• Phase Three: Online Integration & Mentorship
Support for digestion, integration, and the return to everyday life

This is an invitation into a more intimate relationship with practice, self, and the unknown. It is for those who feel that yoga is not merely something to do, but a way of listening—to the body, to the psyche, to the subtle movements of life itself.

Rooted in embodied yoga practice, somatic awareness, nervous system intelligence, depth-oriented self-inquiry, ritual, and conscious group process, this training moves beyond performance and perfection. The emphasis is not on acquiring an identity as a “teacher,” but on cultivating a grounded, attuned presence—one capable of meeting the self honestly, and, if chosen, holding space for others with integrity.

This is an initiatory journey of individuation. We walk the archetypal terrain of the Hero’s Journey, remembering that every true initiation begins with the Fool—the one willing to not know, to step beyond certainty, to listen more deeply.

Here, yoga becomes a living dialogue between conscious and unconscious, form and formlessness, instinct and soul.

We enter the underworld spaces—the liminal thresholds where shadow, grief, eros, creativity, and forgotten vitality reside.

It is in the darkness of our inner soil that something essential ripens.

This path asks for quiet courage and a steady inner fire. There is real work here—yet also a cosmic playfulness, a remembering of childlike wonder and curiosity. You are invited to arrive with humility, devotion, and a willingness to begin again… and again… and again.

If you feel a stirring, you are welcome to reach out personally to explore whether this journey is aligned for you.

Our Echo Yoga

So much suffering in the world would cease to exist if we just took the time to properly love the people under our own roofs in a way that felt like love to them.

My heart feels deeply tender these days, in this world, in these ways. What a time of deep shattering. I feel my heart breaking open each day in ways I never imagined it could.

Love is more important now than ever. Do your best to check in with your loved ones near and far to make sure they know how you feel about them.

Stay alive out there my loves.

Our Echo Yoga

I think there is something really extraordinary about that moment you look at a dear friend, or a beloved lover or partner and you realize that out of all the places you could be in world, and with all the people you could be with …that you’ve both chosen to be here in that moment, and no where else.

It’s even more extraordinary when both people, truly choose to be there, to fully inhabit the experience of being there together.

For every day we make new choices that bring us further or closer together, and when two people stand in front of each other knowing the rare possiblity of fully choosing to show up in the moment….magic is possible.

So whoever is giving you their presence today, breathe it in …..and show up. What you may be running away from or paying little attention or gratitue for, may not be there tomorrow.

A moment of presence in love….is eternal. You can spend the rest of your life running towards what is better, more abundant, or more aligned with what you desire….yet presence is presence and in a world of distraction, it is rare. Be rare, it’s needed.

Our Echo Yoga

Sacred Mirrors
THE WORK
SECOND EDITION
December 27th • 1–7PM • Dalston, London

The world moves fast, often in many directions at once. In this speed, nervous systems carry more than they can process, oscillating between anxiety and numbness, contraction and dissociation. Yet there is another way of inhabiting the body—a way that invites stillness, spaciousness, and presence in the deeper ground beneath constant motion.

This day-long retreat offers a chance to step out of the pace of the city, to set down productivity, performance, and optimisation, and simply arrive. The container will be gender balanced. You do not need to identify as male or female. All identities and orientations are welcome. This balance honours those born into male and female bodies equally, supporting a field where diverse experiences, perspectives, and embodied wisdom can be shared.

The day will unfold through a variety of experiences and connective practices, each designed to bring presence, awareness, and energetic aliveness into the body and the field. Some will be ceremonial, others practical. Practices will include embodiment and somatic attunement, contemplative and meditative presencing, Circling and Authentic Relating, Giving and Receiving, conscious touch, energetic exchange, eye-gazing, breath-based connection, subtle movement, and voice work.

There will be opportunities to explore stillness and sensation, to tune into the aliveness of the nervous system, and to meet both self and other with clarity, honesty, and compassion. Each practice is offered as a doorway into deeper awareness, the natural flow of life force, and the subtle currents of presence that move between us.
The intention is to cultivate connection while remaining rooted in your own centre, to meet your boundaries, needs, and desires with presence and sensitivity. We will explore defensive patterns, protective strategies, and the ways contraction limits the flow of life force through body, voice, and field.

This is a space of group attunement, energetic clarity, and simultaneous emptiness and fullness. Sensual and erotic energy may arise naturally, yet the space is not explicitly sexual. It is offered as an invitation to authentic presence, moment by moment, and to the subtle movement of mystery that underlies all experience.
Questions or particular needs are welcome, please do reach out. There will only be 14 women's tickets and 14 men's tickets. It would be wise to grab a spot while they are still available.
