Hi 👋 I’m Regan. This channel isn't about productivity or personal growth. It’s not a 10-step reset or a highlight reel. It’s a space for ambitious women who are done pretending they’re fine.
I’ve burnt out.
I’ve broken down.
I’ve lost people I love, ended a marriage, walked away from a “dream job,” and rebuilt myself more times than I can count.
This is where I tell the truth about all of it.
The grief.
The messiness.
The identity crisis.
The beauty and rage of letting it all fall apart - and slowly, quietly, deciding to come back to myself.
I call it Organized Chaos because healing isn’t linear. (Neither is success when you’re building it on your terms.) But it’s so damn worth it.

f*cking up is VITAL to your success...
in 2019, I uprooted my life to move to London only to get divorced 6 months later
→ I met the LOML at the company I joined shortly after moving.
in 2020, I burnt out trying to get the promised promotion that never came
→ I reevaluated my priorities, set a new plan in motion and created my life on my own terms.
in 2022, quit my cushy 9-5 and found I hated being an entrepreneur
→ I realized my self-confidence wasn’t strong enough. I spent a year learning about resilience, imposter syndrome, and confidence-building tactics to rebuild my foundations.
I love my failures.
without them, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.
