Exploring the wonders of chemistry, one reaction at a time. Amateur chemistry - whilst dangerous - is an exhilarating experience when performed correctly and safely. My mission is to spread this spectacular branch of science from the land down under.

Have currently been working on short form content instead due to limitations with free time. Will definitely be uploading long form content in the next few weeks.

First video is out!
Yes, I did delay the video by another week. But, I got it done in the end. Also, I did lie about not performing the experiment at night.
Anyways, enjoy the magic of chemistry!

Hey guys,
Since I didn’t want to film the lithium metal and water experiment at night, I’ve decided to push back the upload. It will hopefully be released by Thursday and at the latest, Friday.
Onto some other upcoming experiments, here’s a snap shot of what will be used in my electrolysis video, as well as some equipment I ordered to conduct it.
The chemistry journey is just beginning.
Cheers everyone!

G'day everyone!
I'm Zeke, the creator of Syntholysis. I've dedicated this channel to explore the wonders of chemistry, diving into the reactions, synthesis and mechanisms of these fascinating structures.
Here I've listed my plan on the sequencing the content:
Upcoming video ideas:
- Water Electrolysis
- Copper Electroplating
- Lithium Metal and Water
Future video ideas:
- Simple Distillation
- Iodine Clock Reaction
- Traffic Light Reaction
- Hot Ice Reaction
- Acid-base Titration
- Basic Chemical Synthesis
- Galvanic Cells
Long-term projects:
- Organic Chemistry
- Chemical Luminescence
- More Advanced Extraction Methods
(This is just a plan, some may be published before others)
Regardless, I'm very keen to have start this adventure with you all. Thanks for joining me on this journey into the heart of chemical discovery!
