My name is Wanderer, and I am a 2019 Rain World veteran. My sona is directly inspired by The Wanderer character from the RW Drought expansion mod, as it was very influential when I was younger.
I’m a huge nut for anything Rain World, but I enjoy a big bunch of other indie games too. My favorite song artists are Cosmo Sheldrake, AURORA, Cavetown, Imogen Heap, Far Caspian, and Frida Johansson (to name a few). I practice origami almost daily, have sewn my own plushies, and hoard sketchbooks!
I use FlipAClip to animate and IbisPaintX to digitally draw, but I dabble in traditional arts & crafts aswell. Writing is also one of my favorite things, so my descriptions can get a little lengthy ^_^
I create to express myself and have fun 💛. This youtube channel is only a hobby, so uploads will not be on a schedule.

purple equates mystery, passion, intellect, and represents HeaRT. MiND’s essence is a blue to fit his calm, cold, and collected behavior. and SoUL is a vibrant angry red to accentuate his excitement and violence. but there’s another one. orange. orange represents who they could be if they tried. whole.
whole appears as twinges when the brothers encounter determination, rightness, and virtue. and whole doesn’t come by often.
no one is used to whole as a feeling, but the sensation is shared. its fuzzy and fitful, like an animal slowly falling to sleep.
HeaRT sometimes thinks that he’ll try flying again. and then whole appears in his wings. he claws at them to rid the twinge, fearing his joints go numb from the strange sensation that will rid him of this freeing thought. and yet his efforts only lead to muscle damage and strain, preventing him from flight for a while longer. the thought of peace dies and is buried inside him.
whole is just another feeling HeaRT refuses to name.

MiND is no stranger to suppressing himself. and he’s no stranger to fighting himself either. his shadowy Umbra, the subconscious embodiment of his bottled emotions, fights him just like HeaRT would. but instead of for spite, it wants to heal. it wants _him_ to heal. Umbra is MiND’s true intentions, and MiND hates it for it. and it hates MiND back for never settling until there’s plenty of blood on his hands.
Umbra sees itself in HeaRT and, after the second bloody incident, makes itself known inside MiND’s sleep paralysis episodes. it asks MiND why he did what he did. why he acted out of spite and rage.
but MiND can’t even remember. the memory is too painful…and he’s frightened by the fact that the scariest thing his brain could haunt him with during paralysis is a twisted vision of himself.
he regrets it all. and Umbra tries to pry the self-induced amnesia out of him.
(then follows the events of THERE’S A GHOST! IN MY HOME!)

HeaRT and his irrefutable goal of wanting to feel heard by his brothers MiND and SoUL is not the crime he commits. it's normal to want connection and understanding, or atleast he tells himself that. but under the pressure of opposing personalities, his endless quarreling with MiND has him yearning for SoUL's attention. and SoUL, having little to no empathy left to give, refuses him.
HeaRT keeps coming back to both of them in a hopeless attempt of them having spontaneously changed. for all of this to just end. maybe they do care. maybe they do. but no. they don't care a bit. he switches between seething in his skin and crying into SoUL's hands almost as much as SoUL's own rapid mood swings.
in the past, SoUL of all iterators would've been the one to tell HeaRT that it was normal to want connection and understanding. and that felt right, so HeaRT has held onto that as a fact for his whole life.
and look at where that got them all now.

in an attempt to salvage an identity in all the emotions he feels, SoUL takes on the visage of a ringmaster, showhost, or sacrificial savior. he easily justifies his rude behavior with the statement that it's an outlet for the quarreling storm inside of him caused by HeaRT and MiND's ceaseless fighting. he can't be the bad one here! it's his environment! he clings to this so thoroughly that everything aches. he feels like a kid trapped in a cage while his parents fight loudly. but despite that, he's a hypocrite for punishing his brothers at any inconvenience.
it’s destroying all of them.

SoUL is tired of HeaRT and MiND's quarreling. that's rule number 2. and it's a reality he's accepted and lives by. he embodies a self that rapidly swings moods almost daily, snapping at the littlest things and falling into weary sobbing fits easily. drowning in all that he feels, he's scared he'll loose the humanity he had left. but this fear is shelved to avoid anxiousness.
nowacycles there's always a bit of mania in his holographic face. corresponding purple and blue eyes fizzing like sparklers whenever he upsets a brother of his. and it hurts.
